1. The problem occurring in the wiring of voltage division output of plasma arc voltage divider:
Shielded cable shall be applied in plasma voltage division output due to the extremely low voltage of around 1~3V. Without shielded cable, the divided arc voltage signal will be subject to interference, resulting in instable arc voltage.
2. The problem occurs in the Torch Retaining Cap IHS:
If it is HF Arc Start,the cable connected to the Torch Retaining Cap MUST be High Voltage cable, and install an anti-interference HF magnetic ring near the plasma torch. |
